Senior Vice President of ILD Corp. and Strategic Advisor to Social Strategy1, Fred Lloyd is responsible for the strategic planning and corporate development of the company. Additionally, he serves as the head of ILD’s RollCall Business Conferencing division. During his career, he has successfully negotiated, financed and completed more than 50 acquisitions in diverse industries with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $100 million dollars.
Fred’s recent online business experience with ILD Corp. involved his oversight of the development and implementation of the company’s online reputation management (ORM) initiative. A 30-year veteran of the financial services industry, Fred’s experience encompasses the areas of mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equity financing and senior level operational management. Among Fred’s many achievements at ILD are the oversight of nineteen acquisitions of various communications companies and the successful management of subsequent integration efforts, in addition to other various strategic initiatives. Prior to joining ILD, Fred served as a principal of Triad Capital Partners.
