I am sure that most men out there dream about going on a date with a beautiful movie star like Mila Kunis.  Most of us will keep dreaming, except for Sgt. Scott Moore of the Marine Corps 3rd Battalion 2nd Marines in Musa Qala, Afghanistan.

Sgt. Moore with some help from friends shared his dream with the YouTube world a month ago, via his GoWithMeMila channel. His invitation (video below) has been viewed almost 200,000 times on YouTube and caught the attention of new MySpacer Justin Timberlake.

Timberlake in a recent Fox411 interview with Kunis promoting their new movie Friends With Benefits, claimed he would make the date happen. He even sent out a direct message to Moore that said, “I’m going to work on this, man. This needs to go down.” Shortly after learning of the video, Kunis confirmed with Timberlake and her publicist that she would go to the Marine Corps Ball in Greenville, North Carolina with Sgt. Moore.

This story is another great example of how social media connects people from all walks of life globally.  The social media world will be waiting to hear about the date in November. Congratulations to Sgt. Moore, well done sir! Thank you for everything you’ve done and continue to do for our country!

Great post - how can anyone say no to an American soldier risking their life for our freedom? Go Mila Kunis.
